A filter made women speak up on gender inequality.
Gender inequality sucks. And women know it because we live it.
Progress has been made, but the problem hasn’t gone away. It still shows up in workplaces every day.
The hardest part of change is starting the conversation. A trending filter did exactly that. By turning a complex issue into something people could wear and share, the conversation finally started.
